Behind every smooth production day in Canada — whether the shoot is based in a controlled studio in Toronto's east end, on location in the farmlands of Saskatchewan, or operating from a base in Halifax for an Atlantic-facing documentary — is a team of support crew ensuring that logistics, communication, and scheduling function precisely as planned. Our support roles network connects productions with experienced professionals across all support disciplines, from line producers who hold the financial and logistical framework together to runners and set PAs who keep the day moving efficiently at ground level.

Fixers provide the local knowledge and practical problem-solving that international productions depend on — navigating permit processes, managing supplier relationships, and anticipating location-specific challenges before they become production delays. Line Producers oversee budgets and schedules from prep through to wrap, maintaining the financial integrity of the production. Assistant Directors and Second and Third ADs run the floor, managing the call sheet, coordinating departments, and keeping the shoot on schedule. Location Scouts and Location Managers find and secure the right settings for each scene, handling all permissions and logistics with the relevant municipalities and landowners. Production Coordinators and Talent Coordinators ensure that cast, crew, and all essential information are in the right place at the right time.
